Financial Transparency

This page explains how funds are handled on Unitynetwork.ngo: how campaigns are reviewed, when funds are disbursed, what fees apply and how refunds work.

From your donation to disbursement

  1. Campaigns are reviewed before they go live Every campaign must be reviewed and approved by us before it is published (see the criteria below).
  2. You give and receive a receipt After a successful payment, the system emails a confirmation with an electronic receipt. The minimum donation is 10,000 VND.
  3. Funds are released when conditions are met A campaign's funds are disbursed once the campaign reaches at least 30% of its fundraising goal.
  4. Disbursements are published Disbursements are disclosed publicly on this page.
  5. If a campaign misses its goal If a campaign ends without reaching its goal, the money is refunded to donors, or moved to a similar campaign if the donors agree.

Campaign review criteria

Campaigns must serve a medical, educational, environmental or community purpose, and must meet all of the following:

  • A lawful purpose that is consistent with social ethics.
  • Clear, verifiable information about the beneficiary.
  • A reasonable, well-founded financial target.
  • Not a duplicate of a campaign that is already active.

Fees

Item Rate Note
Platform fee 4% Of the total amount collected by a campaign.
VNPay payment gateway fee 1.1% Charged by the payment gateway.
Bank transfer 0% —

Shop: each product contributes 10% to 25% of its profit to the fund. The exact rate is shown on every product page.

Refunds

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except in these cases:

  • The campaign is cancelled or does not reach the 30% minimum.
  • A campaign is found to be fraudulent after review.
  • A technical error caused a duplicate transaction.

If you were charged twice, contact support@Unitynetwork.ngo within 24 hours. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.

Check your own donation

  • A confirmation email with an electronic receipt is sent after every successful donation.
  • A donation certificate can be downloaded from the thank-you page.
  • Signed-in users can review their full history in My donations.
